Come and join me for this deeply relaxing, de-stressing and nourishing practice - no previous yoga experience necessary!
Restorative Yoga is a practice of stillness and rest designed to leave you feeling nourished and relaxed. Over the course of 75 minutes we'll take around 4 - 6 poses during which you will be laying down supported by blankets and bolsters - allowing your body to gain the benefits of the poses but with little to no effort required! Each session finishes with a guided Yoga Nidra ( a yogic sleep) which works to keep you in the state between sleep and waking when your body most efficient heals - a 30 min Yoga NIdra is equivalent to 2 hours of deep sleep.
At the end of the session you'll leave feeling mentally lighter as your stresses and tensions have melted away!
I'll provide all of the equipment that you need, just make sure you're wearing layers to ensure you don't get too chilly.
